Overview : We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing
Engineer to join our growing team. This dual-role
position combines sales and marketing responsibilities, with a
focus on driving business growth through effective promotion, lead
generation, client relationship management, and market analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both sales
strategies and marketing techniques, with the ability to
collaborate across departments to achieve company
goals.
Key
Responsibilities : Sales
Responsibilities : Sales
Prospecting : Identify and target potential clients
through cold-calling, networking, and online research. Build and
maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Client Engagement : Develop
and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners,
ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and
retention.
Sales
Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations,
presentations, and meetings to showcase offerings and close
deals.
Sales
Reporting : Track sales performance, maintain
accurate records in CRM, and report on sales metrics and progress
toward targets.
Negotiation
& Closing : Negotiate contracts, pricing, and
terms with clients to ensure profitable and long-term
partnerships.
Marketing
Responsibilities : Sales
market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and
competitor activities.
Sales
Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales
strategies that align with overall business goals.
Analytics & Reporting :
Analyze campaign performance and sales data to evaluate the
effectiveness of marketing efforts, making recommendations for
improvements.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's degree in any field (with min. experience for
2-3 years in sales roles) or bachelor's degree in mechanical
engineering / chemical engineering (freshers also
accepted).
Experience :
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and
marketing, preferably in sales of machinal equipment to chemical
manufacturing site / Pharmaceutical manufacturing site.
Familiarity with Microsoft
Office.
Skills :
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to analyze data and market
trends to make informed decisions.
Creative
thinking with the ability to generate new ideas and strategies to
generate sales / Enquiries.
Strong
organizational, time management & Follow-up skills to handle
multiple tasks and
deadlines.
