Job Description

We are looking for an Operation Executive to join our Singapore office. In this role, you will focus on supporting the management and administration of our client’s foreign workforce. You will handle day-to-day operational tasks, assist with HR onboarding, and coordinate administrative matters to ensure smooth operations for overseas employees. You will work closely with the Operations Team Lead to deliver effective solutions and contribute to the team’s goals.

Job Details :

Support projects team in daily operations

Assist in administration and operational support for our client’s foreign workforce

Manage full HR onboarding for foreign employees

Handle outbound duties such as arranging medical exams and ensuring foreign workers report to work

Provide housing support, including liaising with housing agents, conducting physical inspections, and managing housing inventory

Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirement :

Hardworking, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Willing to perform outbound duties and travel within Singapore

Detail-oriented and organized

Able to work closely with the team and meet deadlines

Enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds

Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders / clients (mainly from Mandarin-speaking countries)
