Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnvironmental Management
- Assist PM to prepare Earth Control Measure plan
- Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme to the PM
- Assist to set up site ECM system.
- Monitor, maintain the ECM to ensure effectiveness
- Inspect the site to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition.
- Report and submit a Site Environment Control Report.
- Make available to PUB, NEA Officers at all times of visits.
- Organize campaigns, training to develop the interest of workers in maintaining good environmental health standards.
Project Budget Control
- Implement effective environmental control to reduce fine.
- Prepare ECM budget for approval.
Technical Understanding
- Understands the Environmental requirements

- To lead the project team to work toward ZERO non-compliance.
- To lend expertise in environmental knowledge to all levels
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, effective at all levels

- To reinforce the team including sub-contractors cohesively on environmental initiatives.
- Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization.
Client Management
- To communicate with client/authorities in all environmental aspect.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Certificate of Registration with NEA as ECO
· Min 2 year experience in construction industry
