Job description

Job Duties

  • Manage facilities and maintenance of office, the R&D Labs and other facilities
  • Manage office vendors and suppliers for office, R&D and other facilities
  • Provide administrative support for GA LT
  • Manage Events and small projects from a timeline , budget standpoint leading to the specific end goals like but not limited to :
  • Manage various internal events / off-sites for the team
  • Optimization of the administrative processes like expense reports, travel, filing…
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Coordination of : mailing, courier service, office supplies, stationeries; Maintain calendars for multiple managers

Requirements :

  • Min. Diploma and above.
  • Has prior experience in an Administration role and
  • Has some basic Event Management experience
