Responsibilities :
- Perform routine building maintenance and preventive servicing
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Inspect and maintain HVAC, lighting, pumps, and safety systems
- Respond to tenants’ maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct equipment checks, record readings, and update service logs
- Support contractors and vendors during repair or installation works
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with building regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and overall cleanliness of work areas
