Legal Associate (Real Estate)

WE ARE HIRING! As a Conveyancing

Lawyer at Pertinent Law LLP, you will be responsible for delivering

expert legal guidance and support across a wide range of property

transactions, including residential, commercial, industrial and

under-development matters. You will collaborate closely with

clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, and fellow

legal professionals to ensure property deals are completed smoothly

and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal

advice on property transactions and keep clients informed

throughout the process.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law from a University recognized by

the Singapore Institute of Legal Education

(SILE).

Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of

Singapore.

Conveyancing Lawyer is an added

advantage.
