Job descriptionBachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity. Proficient in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Collaborate with line managers and department leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives.
- Monitor and drive employee performance reviews, talent development programs, and succession planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, labor legislation, and internal HR governance.
- Analyze HR metrics and generate reports on staff turnover, absenteeism, and salary trends to support strategic decisions.
- Initiate and support continuous improvement projects to optimize HR processes and employee satisfaction.
