Roles & Responsibilities

Client Enquiry

Receive and log enquiry : Capture client details, project scope, timeline, and budget expectations.
Initial response : Acknowledge receipt and schedule a preliminary call or meeting.
Prepare questions : Clarify objectives, constraints, and any special requirements.

Site Survey

Schedule site visit : Coordinate with client and internal team.

Conduct survey : Assess site conditions, take measurements, photos, and note potential challenges.

Document findings : Create a detailed site report with observations and recommendations.

Quotation & Proposal

Draft quote : Include itemized costs, timelines, and scope of work.

Review internally : Ensure pricing and terms are accurate and competitive.

Send proposal : Attach quote, scope document, and terms & conditions.

Follow up : Confirm receipt and address any questions or revisions.

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors

Document Submission

Prepare required documents : Contracts, insurance, permits, technical drawings, etc.

Submit to client or relevant authorities : Ensure compliance and proper formatting.

Track approvals : Maintain a checklist of submitted items and their status.

Project Follow-Up

Kick-off meeting : Align expectations and confirm timelines.

Monitor progress : Regular updates, site visits, and client check-ins.

Issue progress reports : Share milestones, challenges, and next steps.

Close-out : Final inspection, handover documents, and client feedback.

Job Requirements :

‘N’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Experience in security system installation will be a plus point.
