Roles & Responsibilities
Job scope :
- Coordinate with other stakeholders
- Logistics for the pilot
- Administrative work / preparation for the pilot project
- Scheduling of the pilot sessions and meetings with stakeholders
- Management of 2 HAD shared email accounts
- Liaising with other divisions on administrative matters for the department
- Scheduling of HAD’s internal and external meetings
- Arranging for Courier
- Checking, collation and updating of data, information and tracking sheets (Periodically and ad-hoc basis)
- Printing and preparation of activity resources and documents for teams’ engagement sessions
- Packing, stocktaking and dissemination of HAD’s existing and new activity resources to Community Care organisations
- Mapping via google map and excel (or e.g., mapping of interested pre-schools with nearby CCOs)
- Any other ad-hoc tasks
