Roles & Responsibilities

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the Corporate and Government Sales division across Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will drive regional growth strategies, establish sales excellence frameworks, and build a high-performing team to strengthen the company’s presence in the corporate and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Regional Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for corporate and government sectors, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Drive market expansion across Southeast Asia, identifying new territories and key opportunities.
  • Build a robust and sustainable sales pipeline across markets.

Performance Management

  • Set and oversee sales targets and KPIs for all country teams.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews to ensure consistent performance achievement.
  • Sales Excellence & Enablement

  • Establish a unified sales playbook and ensure consistent CRM and sales methodologies across countries.
  • Promote best practice sharing to strengthen regional sales capabilities.
  • Leadership & Talent Development

  • Coach and mentor country heads to close skill gaps and improve performance.
  • Build succession pipelines and develop regional sales leaders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business units to align product strategies with client needs.
  • Collaborate with support functions to ensure compliant, efficient sales operations.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years in B2B hardware sales with 5+ years of regional leadership experience.
  • Proven success managing multi-country teams in corporate and government markets.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and cross-cultural leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
