Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope :

As Temporary (Corporate Strategy), you will be part of a dynamic team facilitating the corporate strategy planning process for the client.

You will assist the client's Corporate Strategy team on our work, including the following :

  • Conduct Secretariat duties for forums / meetings including the PS-CEO Forum.
  • Organise corporate planning activities, such as the corporate retreat, and coordinate workplan discussions.
  • Facilitate discussions and workstreams on the client's Family’s Strategic Priorities and enterprise risk management system.
  • Coordinate with Centre of Government and other Ministries on Whole-of-Government strategies and outcomes.

Requirements :

  • Good written and oral communication abilities, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Experience in public service, especially in corporate planning, is preferred.

    • Location : Maxwell

    Salary : $18 to $20 / hour

    Contract Period : 1-Year

    Working Hours :

    8.30am - 6pm [Mon – Thur]

    8.30am - 5.30pm [Fri]
