Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is a global organisation providing advanced technology and digital solutions for the maritime sector. As part of their growth strategy, they are seeking an experienced Global Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within the maritime industry, focusing on cybersecurity systems that safeguard shipboard IT and OT networks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Leadership : Lead global sales initiatives for maritime cybersecurity solutions, driving revenue growth across key shipping and offshore markets.
- Business Development : Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with shipowners, operators, and other maritime stakeholders.
- Strategic Partnerships : Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, channel partners, and system integrators to expand global market reach.
- Technical Sales & Compliance : Promote cybersecurity solutions that align with international maritime compliance standards such as IACS UR E26 and E27, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to support strategic decision-making and product positioning.
Key Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience within the maritime, technology, or cybersecurity sectors.Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of vessel operations, shipboard systems, and cybersecurity frameworks (IT / OT).Sales Track Record : Proven success in selling complex technical or cybersecurity solutions to maritime clients.Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders globally.Motivated & Independent : Self-driven, results-oriented professional able to operate in a fast-paced, international business environment.If you believe you fit the requirements for the role, please submit your application below or drop us an email directly quoting the job title.
