Roles & Responsibilities
A Social Media and eCommerce Strategy Intern at Pick Network would typically assist with developing and executing strategies to enhance a company's online presence and drive usage through social media and e-commerce platforms. This involves content creation, community engagement, performance analysis, and staying updated on the latest trends.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Developing and scheduling engaging posts, videos, and other content for social media platforms.
- Community Management : Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
- Content Strategy : Assisting in brainstorming and implementing content ideas to promote brand engagement and drive traffic.
- Performance Analysis : Tracking and analysing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Trend Identification : Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and recommending new tactics and content formats.
- E-commerce Support : Assisting with tasks related to online sales, including product listings, promotions, and customer interactions.
- Other duties : May include assisting with email marketing, website management, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications :
Able to commit for 5 full work days, with 6 Months and above internship commitment.Strong interest in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and strategic thinking.Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Tell employers what skills you have
