Roles & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Create 3D models using Autodesk Revit / Bentley OBD / ArchiCAD
• Ensure models and shop drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, and drawings
• Able to understand, create, and amend drawings / models in BIM software independently
• Able to generate required information from the BIM software
• Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately
• Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings / models are as per site requirements
