Job descriptionMin N / O / Nitec / A level or Diploma in any field. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Meticulous with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Interest in healthcare operations and service excellence is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Duration : 3 Months
Location : Outram
Remuneration : $10.50 - $13 / HR
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations team.
- Assist in documenting and standardising training workflows and operational frameworks.
- Support the development of training materials and resources for staff onboarding and development.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve administrative processes that enhance service delivery and patient experience.
