Quantity Surveyor / Senior (Interior Fit-out)

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : up to $6,000

Work Location : East (near EXPO MRT Station)

Work Days : 5.5 alternate Saturday (8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm / 8 : 30am to 1pm)

Responsibilities :

• Manage project cost proposals, client enquiries, and tender submissions.
• Carry out quantity take-offs, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and prepare costing summaries.
• Handle purchase orders, variation orders, progress claims, and settlement of accounts with clients.
• Track deliveries and ensure timely coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Support budget planning, cost control, and maintain up-to-date pricing information.
• Conduct site visits when required.
