Job descriptionProvide friendly and courteous service to guests. Handle phone calls for reservations and general inquiries. Greet and direct guests to their reserved tables. Take and record food & beverage orders promptly. Input orders into POS system accurately. Serve food & drinks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Ensure safe, clean, and organized service areas. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Uphold neat and professional appearance at all times. Comfortable handling alcoholic beverages in a nightlife setting. Perform ad-hoc duties as required. Prior F&B or service crew experience preferred. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced nightlife environment. Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic.
