What You’ll Do

As a Brew Bar Specialist, you'll be the soul of our botanical beverage experience - crafting coffee, teas, and creative alcoholic drinks while creating a warm, seamless guest journey. You’ll work behind the counter to ensure every beverage reflects the care and creativity Maison Garden is known for.

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, teas, smoothies and botanical cocktails.
• Able to work independently. Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency at the cafe dining area and bar station.
• Taking orders and collecting payment at POS counter
• Help out with cafe floor service (serving of food and drinks) when required.
• Deliver friendly and professional service at the counter. Hospitable and confident in striking warm, engaging conversations with customers.
• Ensure grooming standards are met; always neat and presentable.
• Support daily opening and closing routines of the brew bar.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth café flow.
• Willing to comply with SOPs, café protocols, and hygiene standards.
