Responsible for assembly of complex modules and systems that include device enclosure, panel, racks, or providing box-build services by utilizing programmed robotics systems following customer's requirements and specifications. The Mechanical Assembly Technician also conducts basic testing and calibration work on the finished product.
- Perform assembly for Mechanical components according to WI (Work instruction) / OMS (Operation method sheet) including working with various sized materials from heavy parts to small intricate parts, robots' installation and teaching, alignment, etc.
- Ensure the product is accurate with specifications to be delivered to customers through Vacuum Leak Checks.
- Monitor individual work efficiency to ensure On-time delivery, quality, and delivery performance in production.
- Feedback on continual improvement in production in terms of KPI set.
- To ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and delivery are worked out according to KPI.
Requirements
