How you succeed

Success hinges on proactively seeking and securing new clients while deepening relationships with existing ones. You’ll achieve this by providing insightful market analysis and tailored trading strategies. Building trust and becoming a valued partner to your clients is paramount. What you do

• Lead new client acquisition efforts for leveraged FX and CFD products, targeting institutional clients primarily, as well as retail and high net worth individuals.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new customers, ensuring a smooth and compliant client setup experience.
• Proactively monitor client margins and risks, promptly managing margin calls by coordinating with clients to resolve shortfalls.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the FX and CFD segments.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and trading teams to tailor offerings and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Provide expert advice and market insights to clients through presentations and training, while monitoring market trends and competitors to guide sales strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
