Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities
  • Handle accounting tasks : invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations, records, compliance
  • Support HR : maintain employee records (PDPA), manage leave, payroll, and medical using HR software, ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Oversee admin duties : office supplies, scheduling, correspondence, filing, and overall team support
  • any ad-hoc tasks assigned
  • Candidate Requirements
  • Prior administrative experience with exposure to accounting and / or HR preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team with high confidentiality
  • ITE / Diploma in, Accounting, or HR advantageous. Fresh grad are welcome.
