Description
The Human Resource Executive (Compensation & Benefits) is responsible for supporting the administration of compensation and benefits, employee benefits, and HR-related records. This role ensures the accurate and timely execution of compensation processes, compliance with statutory requirements, and alignment of HR policies with company practices. In addition, the role provides HR advisory support to employees and business units, contributes to HR projects, and requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and coordination skills to effectively manage day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee mobility matters, including preparation of secondment and transfer remuneration packages.
- Assist in salary review and bonus exercises, including salary benchmarking, record-keeping, and data management.
- Coordinate and administer confirmation and performance appraisal exercises.
- Review and update the Employee Handbook and HR policies to ensure alignment with company policies and government regulations.
- Support communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and other HR stakeholders.
- Provide HR advisory support to business units and individual employees.
- Prepare, update, and maintain records of employee movements and salary adjustments in a timely manner.
- Collate information and participate in assigned market and salary surveys.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and other HR-related reports as required.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to improve HR processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- To be proactive in creating a safe working environment for everyone and ensuring that HSE in-house rules are observed at all times.
- To consider HSE aspects when planning and carrying out tasks to eliminate and reduce HSE hazards, aspects and risks.
Requirements
Preferably Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business Administration or its equivalentPreferably 2–3 years of HR administration experience, preferably in compensation and benefitsStrong Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivot Table, IF function etc.)Familiarity with local employment laws and statutory requirementsStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentialityGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamProactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficientlyTell employers what skills you have
