Project Manager (M&E / 5 Days) - WC2 - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple engineering projects from concept to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate manpower effectively to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of tender bids for new projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate and approve significant changes that affect project scope, budget, or schedule.
• Lead complex or high-impact engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify and address operational challenges promptly to reduce delays and maintain momentum.
• Build, guide, and develop project teams with operational responsibilities to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure adherence to both organizational and government safety standards, and maintain consistent delivery of customer safety and quality requirements.
• Allocate capital and human resources strategically to enhance productivity and manage project expenditures and resources within budget.
• Assess and authorize project investments that align with organizational needs and strategic goals.
