As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrative Officer to join their expanding team.
We are looking for a dedicated and well‑organized Administrator to support daily office operations and maintain efficient administrative workflows. This full‑time role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including documentation management and expatriate support.
Working Location & Hours
- Location: Tanjong Pagar,
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales and purchase invoices, bank transfers, delivery coordination, and account balance tracking
- Liaise with the accounting firm and handle invoice submissions
- Oversee company vehicle matters, insurance, and office assets/equipment (including consumables)
- Attend to incoming calls and manage visitor reception
- Make bookings for air travel, accommodation, restaurants, and golf courses
- Assist with expatriate arrangements including visas and fringe benefits
- Support general office administrative activities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Responsible, detail‑oriented, and maintains a positive working attitude
