Job descriptionInspire and motivate students to excel in attaining their objectives for having tuition classes : be it exam preparation and academic improvement Monitor examinations Prepare and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences Communicate clear objectives for students learning activities A good university degree in English Literature or Linguistics Familiar with Singapore MOE syllabus Passionate in teaching and inspiring teenagers High level of professional integrity and good work ethic A team player and a self-starter, open to feedback and willing to take on Flexible, able to manage change and ambiguity well and able to work Relevant teaching experience (preferred) Adept in learning new educational tools and software where necessary Able to work on evenings and both weekends
