KBR, Inc. Lead Offshore Structural Engineer with experience in Floating structures (FPSO Topside modules), Fixed Template Jacket Structures, Lifted Topsides, Float over Topsides. Job Responsibilities

Lead and oversee offshore structural engineering for floating structures, fixed template jackets, lifted topsides, and float-over topsides. Efficiently lead a team of engineers, providing guidance for all in‑service, pre‑service, and accidental case analyses. Coordinate with designers for the issuance of structural deliverables per contract scope within stipulated budget, schedule, and quality. Liaise with EPC contractors, end‑user clients, installation contractors, marine warranty surveyors, and independent verification bodies. Lead a team of structural engineers and designers, liaising with EPC contractors, end‑user client personnel, IVB / MWS. Job Requirements

Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering. Experience in analysis / design of FPSO modules and fixed template structures. Minimum of 5 major offshore platforms / FPSOs as a lead structural engineer. Very good proficiency in SACS / SESAM / STAAD PRO and E3D Review. Minimum 25–30 years of offshore structural engineering leadership on major EPC projects. Sound knowledge of float‑over / lifted topsides, launched / lifted jackets. Good knowledge of weight‑control management. Excellent communication skills and ability to engage inter‑disciplinary teams.
