Roles & Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by acquiring new clients and managing key clients’ relationships. He / she serves as the primary point of contact throughout customer lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction while meeting sales targets. This role focuses on selling advanced cooling and thermal management technologies to enterprise-level data centers, builders and installers.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong existing client relationships
• Generate proposal, negotiate contract negotiation and secure deals
• Track sales metrics and report performance
• Ensure that clients are satisfied with the implementation of solutions, addressing any issues quickly and proactively to maintain strong relationships
• Identify and engage enterprise data center clients with high-density cooling needs
• Present and sell thermal management solutions, services and related products to customer
• Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to deliver tailored proposals
• Product and solution presentation to varies stakeholders
• Sales Cycle Management. Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Stay informed on industry trends and updates
