Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, converting leads into successful closures.
• Introduce and promote products and services to prospective customers, positioning the company competitively.
• Strengthen client relationships through regular visits and account management, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and approvals to support deal closure.
• Track sales performance against targets and provide updates to management.
• Collaborate with Marketing to align sales initiatives, improve lead generation, and ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
