Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • M&E Contractor
  • Basic up to $9000
  • 5.5 days| 8.30am -5.30pm
  • Project site at East

Job Responsibilites :

  • Led end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, subcontractor supervision, and on-site execution.
  • Managed stakeholders and clients, ensuring smooth communication, approvals, and resolution of disputes and defects.
  • Oversaw project financials : prepared claims, controlled cash flow, verified invoices, and improved profit margins.
  • Directed and trained project staff, conducted meetings, and maintained effective documentation control.
  • Ensured compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards, while handling supplier evaluation, defects, and warranty claims

    • Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the M&E / electrical industry .
  • Singaporean ONLY
