The Company

Our client, a US listed real estate investment company, is currently hiring a Senior Accountant on an 18 months contract.

The Role

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you will be required to lead the Finance Executives, ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SFRS. Key responsibilities include managing cash operations, loan administration, tax reporting (GST, statutory, and US tax), as well as preparing investor reports and statutory financial statements. The role also supports fund management reporting, internal controls, audits, legal documentation, and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Your Profile

You possess a degree in finance and accounting or its equivalent, with a professional certification (eg : CPA, ACCA, etc) and bring along with you a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant space. You have a good understanding of the SFRS and IFRS, knowledge of US GAAP, have an analytical mind and good problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
