Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Participate in
structured training and rotational assignments across departments
(e.g. Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.)
Assist department heads with daily operations, project
management, and strategic initiatives
Analyze
data, prepare reports, and present findings to
management
Take part in meetings, workshops,
and team activities to gain exposure to decision-making
processes
Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to solve problems and drive efficiency
Work on assigned projects and contribute to continuous
improvement efforts
Shadow experienced staff
to gain insight into leadership and operational
responsibilities
Knowledge,
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management,
or a related field
Recent graduates or
candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are
welcome
Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
Proactive, eager to
learn, and adaptable to change
Ability to work
collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to travel or relocate, if required (optional
based on role)
