Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client, in the Logistics Industry located Across Singapore has opening for Supervisor / Team Lead.

Chioce of Shift

  • 4 Days (Wed to Sat) : Night Shift
  • 5 Days (Mon to Fri) : Day / Afternoon / Night Shift
  • 5 Days (Fri to Tue) : Day Shift
  • 5.25 Days (Mon to Fri, Alt Sat) : Day Shift

Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise day-to-day inbound & outbound admin / operations activities to deliver all the required targets.
  • Plan and execute daily resources to ensure KPI is not compromised.
  • Assist staffs to resolve all booking / operations challenges / issues.
  • Train all admin / operations staffs adequately and maintain all relevant records.
  • Check team conformance to all HSE, Security, 5S and quality standards.
  • Check team compliance to system processes or customer’s specified requirement
  • Escalate to Manager / Operations Executive on any non-conformance and execute assigned remedy actions to resolve this non-conformance.
  • Perform all assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support and execute all system testing / upgrade activities with internal and / or external stakeholders.
  • Support and execute all activities to achieve business Continuous Improvement & Sustainability objectives.
  • Perform all other tasks or duties assigned by Manager / Operation Executive
  • Recommend disciplinary actions, when appropriate and necessary, on admin personnel whom do not comply to the Company’s policies, rules and regulations, duties & responsibilities.
  • Plan and arrange for overtime related to admin when need arises, as per requested by Manager / Operations Executive.
  • Supervise admin / operations team to ensure every quarter end closure with all targets met.
  • Assist Manager / Operations Executive to build a cohesive team
  • To coordinate and liaise with customers / transporter on day to day issues (Admin)
  • To manage returns from customer and returns to vendors
  • To perform data-entry for warehouse operations and generating of pick list
  • Liaise with customer / transporter for inbound and outbound shipments (Admin)
  • To generate and submit daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Preferably 3 years of related experience
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, VBA)
  • Experience in using and creating operations dashboards (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau) is an added advantage
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal / external customers.
  • Must have experience in leading a team
