Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform admission procedure and coordinate with Bed Management Unit for bed booking and reservation
- Attend to queries from both internal and external customers
- Render assistance to patients when necessary
- Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Assist with appointment scheduling for patients' follow up
- To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the wards' counters
Requirements
