JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve clients by providing personalized advice on a range of financial products and services tailored to their needs
- Engage clients through multiple channels including appointment visits, phone consultations, and outreach initiatives
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning guidance to help clients achieve their financial goals with suitable banking solutions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of financial regulations and ensure strict compliance in all business activities
- Uphold the companys service standards and consistently deliver professional, customer-centric experiences
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators as outlined in the company’s balanced scorecard
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager or team leader
