Position Summary :

Work as a member of the Technical Service Team, responsible in delivery, installation, test and commissioning of IoTs sensors, digital displays and related hardware.

Key Responsibilities

• Participating in project delivery which includes onsite survey, hardware configuration & installation, test & commissioning and after-sales technical support
• Provide onsite technical support as well as troubleshooting with issues related to IoTs devices such as sensors, tablet and digital display devices on an ad-hoc basis
• Working along and supervising external contractors / installers during project installations and upgrades
• Pre-test and preparation of IoTs devices prior to delivery and to ensure that all technical and hardware documentation are updated on a timely basis
• Respond to support tickets and working with internal team to ensure a timely closure of technical support request
• Continuous improvement and training to stay current with advancements in IoTs,
