Technical Manager - CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (Singapore Branch)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Project Manager to plan, monitor, and report on project progress, budget, and performance.
• Lead and support planners in developing work breakdown structures, schedules, and resource histograms.
• Integrate budgeting with scheduling to track cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyse project progress and forecast trends; develop recovery and catch-up plans where required.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to review project status.
• Identify potential delays or risks, advise the Project Manager, and prepare mitigation or contingency plans.
• Monitor and update project schedules using Primavera, ensuring alignment with the project baseline.
• Benchmark current progress, review critical paths, and prepare regular project reports and dashboards.
• Prepare progress S-Curves, rolling programs, and analysis reports highlighting key milestones and issues.
• Manage and report on KPIs to assess project health, performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor and support Planning Engineers to enhance team capability and ensure adherence to CCCC standards.
• Ensure all planning and reporting activities comply with company processes, systems, and procedures.
