Key Responsibilities :
- Foster therapeutic relationships with clients, delivering expert care that prioritizes comfort, safety, and adherence to treatment plans.
- Conduct Dementia Therapy sessions, utilizing training and tools provided by our organization.
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring seamless transitions between tasks.
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to educate them on therapeutic techniques and strategies enhancing patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress, adhering to regulatory standards and company policies.
