Enterprise Sales Director - IT Consulting

I am partnering with a global technology organisation that delivers large‑scale digital transformation across ASEAN. The company provides integrated solutions spanning cloud, data centre modernisation, cybersecurity, digital platforms, AI, and enterprise applications, supporting both public and private sector clients

About the role

Reporting to the MD of APAC, your key responsibilities would include

• Manage a defined portfolio of strategic accounts with full accountability for revenue growth, margin performance, renewals, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop multi‑year account strategies aligned to customer priorities, regulatory landscapes, and digital transformation roadmaps.
• Maintain a structured Customer Account Plan covering cloud modernisation, data centre transformation, cybersecurity uplift, digital & AI initiatives, and SAP‑related programs.
• Partner closely with delivery leadership to ensure successful execution, value realisation, and long‑term account health.
• Lead renewal planning and execution, ensuring continuity, expansion, and margin protection.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers across your accounts.
• Position yourself as a strategic advisor with a strong understanding of cloud, security, digital, and enterprise application ecosystems.
• Identify and pursue selective hunting opportunities within existing accounts, including whitespace expansion, cross‑tower growth, and new business units.

Skills and experience required

• 10-15 years in enterprise or strategic sales, account management, or business development.
• Proven success managing and growing large, complex enterprise or public sector accounts in ASEAN.
• Demonstrated ability to shape and close multi‑million‑dollar deals and with strong background in Cloud, Data Center, Security, Digital & AI, and/or SAP‑led environments.
