Responsibilities :
- Supports the maintenance activities by maintaining, troubleshooting, installing and testing all PAG electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure high production availability and efficiency. The engineer makes decisions in collaboration with Facilities Managers and solves problems, interacts and develops constructive relationships with site facilities managers, business unit leaders, contractors and external vendors.
- Support the production and onsite plant to deal with unexpected emergencies and uphold the system with minimum process interruption.Troubleshooting, solving and repairing process instruments & analyzers as well as electrical systems with best quality work.
- Contribute knowledge and provide constructive practice and ideal to review, Issue, maintain & update SOPs. Supporting production facilities for any internal and external audit related to maintenance and reliability subjects.
- Lead continuous improvement with FMEA, root causes analysis for failure of E&I equipment, delay, rework, CAR and MOC.
- Manage, maximize and optimize critical spare part utilization and stock up inventory.
- Compliance with Air Liquide IMS, internal and external customers safety requirements & permit-to-work system when performing on-site works at site. This includes 3rd party subcontractors or service providers who are engaged by the Business Unit.
- Leading and executing project management for internal projects.
Requirements :
Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation engineering qualification.Min 3 years of relevant working experience in reliability and maintenance management.Possesses E&I Technical knowledge and skills.Experience in process & Operational control will be advantage.We thank you for your interest in Air Liquide.
