ProServe Area Delivery Leader

DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an Area Delivery Leader to lead our Professional Service (ProServe) ASEAN Delivery Team. This Leader will oversee the delivery of ProServe ASEAN cloud transformation programs across our largest and most strategic enterprise customers, hire and develop bar raising talent, build effective partner delivery capacity, and engage customers and C-Level Executives to provide thought leadership, support pre-sales and guide in-flight projects, and ensure delivery exceeds customer expectations.

The ideal candidate is an experienced people leaders with deep technical experience, background with IT Management and / or Management Consulting / Services, and experience in Strategic Engagements Delivery, Workforce Planning, and Partner Management. We look for a leader who is passionate about building an environment where builders thrive and grow their career; a leader who thrives in an agile, fast-paced, growth environment, insists on incredibly high standards while able to dive deep to get the job done.

In this capacity you will be based in Singapore and are expected to travel occasionally. You will report into the APJ ProServe Delivery Director and will partner with local ASEAN ProServe Area Leader to guide your direct team of Delivery Practice Managers and delivery specialists.

• Lead and grow a team of specialised technical talent across multiple specialty areas e.g., AI / ML, Data and Analytics, Application Development, Security, Infrastructure, Cloud Migration
