Roles & Responsibilities

Dr. Li Qi-Jing's lab is seeking a highly motivated Bioinformatician to join our team. Our research focuses on advancing immunotherapy through cutting-edge cellular and molecular approaches. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing high-dimensional datasets, particularly single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and spatial transcriptomics, to drive insights into immune cell function.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support analysis of single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing data.
• Develop and apply pipelines for data integration, clustering, trajectory inference, and gene expression analysis.
• Collaborate closely with wet-lab scientists to interpret and visualize results.
• Contribute to experimental design, data interpretation, and manuscript preparation.
• Maintain and document code, workflows, and datasets for reproducibility.
• Stay current with new tools, methods, and relevant literature in immunology, oncology, and computational biology.
