Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

• Program Coordination : Support the Asia Pacific Program Management Lead in the end-to-end delivery of Early Careers programs, including onboarding, learning and development sessions, engagement activities, and offboarding
• Event Support : Help plan, organise, and execute program events such as networking sessions, career workshops, and recognition activities, ensuring smooth logistics and participant engagement.
• Assist with drafting and distributing program-related communications to participants, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
• Maintain program records, track attendance, gather feedback, and prepare reports on program metrics for review by the Program Management Lead.
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, and other functional teams to ensure timelines, deliverables, and participant needs are met.
• Support employer branding efforts, including social media posts, campus engagement activities, and internal communications to promote the programs.
• Assist with scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination as required.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
