Pre-course work – Monitor registrations and handle phone and email enquiries including assisting paxes on online registration, liaising with accounts dept on issuance of invoice and monitoring their payments, sending course confirmation to paxes with the course slides.
During course work – On-site logistic support such as setting up the presentation slides on the projector, attendance-taking, making admin announcement and introduction of lecturer, taking photos of the class, ensure smooth running of the course throughout the whole day and conducting evaluation at the end of the course.
Post course work – Compile evaluation report, attendance lists and I / E for HOD to approve on issuance of e-certs to the participants. File all the course slides, correspondences, evaluation report, attendance list, I / E and photos in the folder accordingly
Job Requirement
Minimum Diploma / Degree & above or equivalent
About 3-5 years of relevant experience with course / training administration
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
Good communication skills and enthusiastic with a positive learning attitude
