Job Responsibilities:
1) Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email in a prompt and professional manner.
2) Assist customers with order-related enquiries, including order status updates, delivery arrangements, and basic product information.
3) Coordinate with the sales team to resolve customer concerns, order discrepancies, and special requests.
4) Accurately update and maintain customer and order records in the system.
5) Provide after-sales support, including customer follow-ups, feedback collection, and basic issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Experience organizational and time management skills.
