Intern, HR (Engagement)

You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the HR function provides dedicated support to Finance employees across recruitment, engagement, development, performance management, and other related areas. You will be supporting the Finance employees on employee engagements and people operations matters.

Job Description

• Assist in planning of informal engagement events
• Support the team in logistics preparation and event execution
• Assist in drafting of communication channels
• Assist in designing of EDMs and other engagement collaterals
• Ad-hoc support in talent engagement activities whenever necessary

• Commit for minimally 3 months and/or 6 months of full-time internship from May 2026 onwards
• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Good to have experience with design tools
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Creative and open to new experiences
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good logical and analytical thinking skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
