Accounts Assistant (3-6 months contract)

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Prepare Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) for non-trade payments, including insurance, cleaning services, courier charges, marketing expenses, and other related costs.
• Prepare PRFs for trade-related payments by downloading Purchase Orders (POs) and supplier invoices from the ERP system, ensuring all supporting documents are consolidated for audit purposes (e.g., scanning supplier invoices, Bills of Lading / Delivery Orders, and packing lists into PDF format).
• Retrieve all Accounts Payable (AP) tax invoices from retailer portals.
• Download goods return invoices from retailer portals.
• Provide support for other ad-hoc administrative or finance-related tasks as assigned.
