Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope :
- Support the data migration project for trial conversions, assisting with the transition of HR data from current HR systems to a new Workday platform.
- Collaborate with the project team and vendors to ensure HR data is properly mapped between current systems and Workday format, in accordance with prescribed data specifications.
- Input and organise HR data into a Data Gathering Workbook, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing HR records to identify and rectify data inconsistencies, including outdated information, duplicates, or missing details in employee profiles and HR transactions.
- Maintain data quality by regularly reviewing and updating HR records, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Support the HR team in basic troubleshooting of data-related issues.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements :
Experience in Project Cumulus with public service agenciesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.Meticulous attention to details and data.Contract Period : 3 months to 1 year
