Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership or equivalent certificates recognized by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA)Principal - ADECL / DECCE-L / DPLResponsibilities :
Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectivesLead a team of early childhood teachers in providing quality education, holistic development, and care for the childrenResponsible for the strategic direction and overall management of the preschoolCommunicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents to ensure concerns, issues and feedback are addressed on a timely basis appropriately.Responsible for all government related matters such as ECDA including renewing and maintaining of licenseSet educational standards and goals and help establish policies, procedures and programs to carry them outProactively review current policies, procedures and programs and identify ways to improve the overall standards of the preschools and future preschools which will be acquired by the GroupEnsure daily operations are in order and in compliance with licensing and other regulatory requirements, where applicableMentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches for learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve the overall performance standards and competenciesImplementation of specific center programs, initiatives and eventsHandle center administrative matters and enrolmentDetermine licensing, health and safety regulations from the start and local regulatory agencies requirementsManagement and optimization of center resourcesPrepare budget and control budget expendituresInterested candidate may contact me and send your resume via : #6589458859 or jeantan.supremehr@gmail.com
