Command Strategic Accounts Across APAC – Lead the Commercial Frontline in a High-Growth Global Business

Step into a pivotal leadership role at one of the world’s most respected price reporting and data intelligence providers. You’ll lead a high-performing team of account managers across APAC, taking ownership of commercial strategy, customer growth, and team development - enabling the region’s top commodity players to make critical decisions with trusted, data-driven insight.

Backed by a global brand with deep market roots, you’ll shape go-to-market strategy, support long-term price adoption, and embed enterprise relationships across a portfolio of mid-to-large accounts in a diverse, fast-moving region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach, and develop the APAC Strategic Accounts team, ensuring revenue targets, account growth, and retention goals are met
  • Own a high-value regional client portfolio – and protect, expand, and evolve it
  • Embed a challenger sales methodology across the team to increase value-add and customer adoption
  • Identify risks and ensure commercial resilience across key strategic accounts
  • Drive customer success in partnership with product, pricing, operations and marketing
  • Act as a mentor and champion for sales development across the wider business
  • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven success in leading enterprise B2B sales teams, with experience managing £5M+ account portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and grow high-potential talent in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Track record managing large-scale books of business and delivering consistent revenue growth
  • Deep understanding of enterprise licensing, value selling, and stakeholder alignment
  • Comfortable in a matrixed global environment with cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven decision-making and a sharp focus on pipeline integrity and commercial performance
