ASSISTANT / PRODUCT OWNER

OSIM is looking for Product Owner who will be responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by the team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Research and analyze market, users trend, and the roadmap for the product.
  • Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
  • Works with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, analytics, design, user experience, engineering, user enablement and factory.
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities (if any).
  • Solve product-related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.

Job Requirements :

  • Degree in Engineering or similar relevant field.
  • 6+Years of Experience in technology industry, handling Product Innovation, Product Owner or similar role.
  • Experience in DFx, Software Development, Program Management and Agile Framework.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • A creative thinker with a vision, attention to details, excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Mandarin speaking vendors and stakeholders on product specifications and technologies).
  • Able to travel overseas on a short-notice is essential.
